How can I dispute a payment amount without losing its context?
Identify the statement, due date and calculation you believe differs from the agreement.
Preserve the original documents and distinguish an accounting question from a request for hardship support.
Ask the provider to explain the balance and the applicable dispute process. A complaint does not automatically suspend an obligation; that question needs the agreement and local rules.
Find a guide for your borrowing question
Browse loan types, application preparation, cost and repayment subjects, with checklists to use beside your own documents.
