Ask us anything general

For a general question, identify the term or document you want explained. Do not send account credentials or sensitive application records through an unverified channel. An enquiry does not establish approval, individual advice or a promised reply time.

Prepare an editorial question we can locate

Use the contact form for a question about a library explanation, a term used in an article or a reference that appears difficult to follow. Start with the guide title and identify the paragraph or heading concerned. Then describe what you expected to understand and what remains unclear. A focused question about the difference between two figures is easier to locate than an entire account history pasted into the message.

For example, you can ask why a guide separates the amount borrowed from the amount received, or which assumptions a repayment comparison needs to list. Describe the type of document in general terms and quote only the non-sensitive wording necessary to explain the question. Leave out account numbers, identity documents, signatures, login details and personal financial files. An editorial enquiry does not require access to an account or permission to submit an application.

If the question concerns a source, include its title, the link and the part you could not match to the article. State which country or product context you are trying to understand without attaching private records. A reference can be useful for explaining vocabulary while having a different territorial scope from your agreement. Identifying that difference helps distinguish a question about the article from one that needs the applicable authority or provider to answer.

Keep requests about an actual application, payment instruction, disputed charge or account change with the responsible organisation through a channel you have independently checked. This library publishes free reading resources and receives content enquiries; it does not issue offers or change contracts. Before sending your message, check that it contains a clear content question and a way to identify the page. Retain your own notes so you can compare any clarification with the document that prompted the enquiry.
